Guarantee to Stop Income Tax! Make America Free Again! (Take Back Liberty(Reclaim our unalienable Rights.))

I as a Libertarian started thinking about how to stop Income Tax.
I kept coming back to the Constitution and I have found a loop hole:
Article II Section 2 “the President shall have Power to grant Reprieves
and Pardons for Offenses against the united States,
except in Cases of Impeachment.”

So I came up with this Proclamation for our next President:
Proclamation “I proclaim a full pardon and permanent amnesty
for any or all U.S. Citizens
for the offenses or law or rule or morals, federal or state or local,
of income tax evasion, income tax fraud, evading tax law,
defrauding the IRS, intentionally or willfully failing to file an
income tax return or failing to pay taxes due,
or Intentionally failing to report all income received,
or failing to report or withhold income tax or Payroll Tax,
or any and all other offenses of Income Tax Laws not listed here,
to start on 6/4/2025.”

This would be a slow end to Income Tax because the whole Country needs to  come to grips with this.
This would still end Income Tax!!

Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law (retroactively makes criminal conduct that was not criminal when performed,)

Coercion: = the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.

Critical Race Theory: = Whiteness as property, whereby whiteness is the ultimate property that whites alone can possess; valuable just like property. The property functions of whiteness – i.e., rights to disposition; rights to use and enjoyment, reputation, and status property; and the absolute right to exclude – make the American dream more likely and attainable for whites as citizens. Due Process: = Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (Due process deals with the administration of justice and thus the due process clause acts as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property)

Electoral College: = To stop The tyranny of the majority of the Direct Democracy and give small States more power.

Establish: = Set up on a permanent basis. Achieve permanent acceptance or recognition for “the principle of the supremacy of national parliaments needs to be firmly established”

Expungement(Full Pardon):Court-ordered Legal record is “sealed.”

Extractive institutions: = “extractive” institutions as ones that permit the elite to rule over and exploit others, extracting wealth from those who are not in the elite.

Federalism = Is a system of government in which the same territory is controlled by two levels of government (State and National). Generally, an overarching national government is responsible for broader governance of larger territorial areas, while the smaller subdivisions, states, and cities govern the issues of local concern.

Free Country = Free speech, Religious freedom, All citizens able to vote for multiple parties, That no person shall be “deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” (Due Process Clause(refers to
fair procedures))

Free Will: = is to be understood only as freedom from coercion.

Full Pardon: = Expungement: Court-ordered Legal record is “sealed.” (Like it never even happened.)

Generation IV nuclear: = Relative to current nuclear power plant technology, the claimed benefits for 4th generation reactors include: 1: Nuclear waste that remains radioactive for a few centuries instead of millennia. 2: 100–300 times more energy yield from the same amount of nuclear fuel. 3: Broader range of fuels, and even unencapsulated raw fuels (non-pebble MSR, LFTR). 4: In some reactors, the ability to consume existing nuclear waste in the production of electricity, that is, a Closed nuclear fuel cycle. Immutable: = Unchanging over time or unable to be changed.

Incorporation Doctrine: = is a constitutional doctrine through which the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution are made applicable to the states through the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Inclusive institutions: = “inclusive economic institutions… are those that allow and encourage participation by the great mass of people in economic activities that make the best use of their talents and skills” “to be inclusive, economic institutions must feature secure private property, an unbiased system of law, and a provision of public services that provides a level playing field in which people can exchange and contract”. The presence of private property creates incentives for citizens to achieve success in the long term. This, combined with a system that includes the bulk of the population, allows for a system that achieves near-maximum utility of its human and physical resources.

Individual: a single human being as distinct from a group, class, family. (The smallest minority.)

Jury Nullification: = Jury acquit, defendant that is guilty, but bad Law.

Pack the Court = Add more then 9 justices to the Supreme court.

Pardon: = The action of forgiving or being forgiven for an error or offense. Similar: forgiveness, absolution, remission, clemency, mercy, lenience.

People*: = for only the People under 18 years of age that were brought to the United states before 1/1/1980?

Permanent Amnesty: = Pardons from when start date of the Pardon thru Infinity.

Popular Sovereignty: = 1 : A doctrine in political theory that government is created by and subject to the will of the people. 2 : A pre-Civil War doctrine asserting the right of the people living in a newly organized territory to decide by vote of their territorial legislature (whether or not slavery would be permitted there).

Pre-emptive Presidential Pardons = Pardoned for a crime before you’re ever charged. (Ford Pardoning Nixon.)

sovereignty: = Who has sovereignty in the US? In the U.S., this concept dates back to the nation’s founding. The Declaration of Independence asserts that governments derive just powers “from the consent of the governed.” In the U.S., voters elect leaders to whom they grant these powers. The people can also take away that authority.

Sworn in: = Oath or affirmation. Not signing a document or a piece of paper.

Truth & Reconoiliation Commission: = Commission on the reign of the white supremacist, apartheid regime in South Africa.

White privilege: = Belief in the notion of a myriad of social advantages, benefits, and courtesies that come with being a member of the dominant race (i.e. white people). A clerk not following you around in a store or not having people cross the street at night to avoid you, are two examples of white privilege. (Some Black people and the ultra left believe this.)

White privilege: = I never had White Privilege, but I had Freedom and Liberty Privilege. I wasn`t ashamed I was Proud. All US Citizens have Freedom and Liberty Privilege. It came from the Indians and The Bill of Rights(Which the People Insisted be added to The Constitution).

Woke: = As a political term of African American origin refers to a perceived awareness of issues concerning social justice and racial justice. It is derived from the African-American Vernacular English expression “stay woke”, whose grammatical aspect refers to a continuing awareness of these issues.(is a slang term that is easing into the mainstream from some varieties of a dialect called African American Vernacular English (sometimes called AAVE). Writ of Habeas Corpus: = (“produce the body”) is used to bring a prisoner or other detainee (e.g. institutionalized mental patient) before the court to determine if the person’s imprisonment or detention is lawful. Broadly speaking, liberty (Latin: Libertas) is the ability to do as one pleases. In politics, liberty consists of the social, political, and economic freedoms to which all community members are entitled. In philosophy, liberty involves free will as contrasted with, determinism.
